Tipsy is an adult calico female cat. She is fully vetted, spayed and very loving. She is missing part of her rear right leg because she and her siblings were tangled together by their umbilical cords when discovered. We untangled them, and several had injuries, but all found homes. Tipsy was adopted but has been returned due to apartment loss.
