Chow Chow: An adoptable dog in Bettendorf, IA in Iowa City, Iowa For Sale

Mr Simba is a great male, cinnamon, chow chow who is around 3 years old. He is very sweet and nice to everyone who meets him. There is no needing to get to know him first. He lets everyone pet and love him gently. He loves to play with toys. He is not good with kids. When he is outside and sees kids running and playing, he lunges and tries to bite in their direction. Which tells me he has been horribly teased by children. He is wonderfully crate trained. He does not get along with other male chows but likes the females. He would be a great dog for an adult or couple with no other male dogs or kids. I would think a guy would love to play and run with him or a woman would like to have him be by her side. A great boy with a couple of lifes little hangs ups...but then again don't we all have some of those?
